News Clipping from Alberta Soder

This clipping is a mystery. It was in a collection of news clippings from Alberta (Soder) Williams, most of which contained reviews and announcments of the concerts that she directed. I do not know who Joel Hayden is, and why this clipping wsa included. I would like to figure out his relation to the Soder or Williams family.
